Data Encryption: The data is encrypted by 256 Bit Encryptions and we use the third-party service of INNOVINS SOFTTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED for maintaining our apps / website.
Data Compression :- All the Data which are uploaded on our website/app are encrypted and are compressed with size and resolution not less than 1024px * 768px at 300 dpi.
Data Deletion: Data uploaded by you will be auto deleted from our servers after 30 days of expiry of your subscription; and even if you renew the subscription after the 30 days have passes, the deleted data cannot be recovered.
Data Theft: We will not be responsible for any data theft that happens due to your acts of negligence or mistake.
Waiver of Class Action Rights. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF OTHER IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE. ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE ASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY.
Termination.
